Awakning campeign

Our EXPERIENCE  AT CCD :

Few days ago we went to CCD(cafe coffee day ) at law garden to disscuss about GLOBAL WARIMNG presentation that we are going to do in schools. Aftr we finished our eating  we asked for the bill which was having some problem …. So we told them so  they discovered that they have given us the old menu card which was having old price tag. So after knowing that a person from CCD  tore the old menu card.. then while we aere paying bill. We saw that he was sitting with the pilles of menu card to tear… we aere shocked seeing that… My friend told them not to tear menu card but to reuse them… she said you can reuse it.. by sticking tag of new price … but due to our bedluck.. they said this are the company rules… we cannt reuse the old ones…

OH GOD... WHY COMPANY MAKES SUCH RULES THAT HARM ENVIRONMENT AND ULTIMATELY IT’S AFFECTING TO THE HUMANBEING ONLY ... WAKE UP YAR DONT WEST PAPER... YOU ARE DESTROYING YOUR OWN FUTURE... BECOZ TEARING ONE PAPER IS JUST LIKE CUTTING ONE TREE DOWN... AND I HOPE U R SENSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS... DONT YOU???

Visit to the Hospital

few weeks ago i visited a Hospital at modasa where i was sitting the Doctor's chamber. when we were going i was the last person to come out of it... i saw that the lights fan and AC is on in two chambers i switched of the lights, turn of the AC  and fan and came out with a smile on my face...

i was feeling happy because I  have taken ONE BABY STEP TOWARDS  SAVING  THE ENERGY.

AT SEVA CAFE

We choose SEVA Cafe More than any other restaurants in Ahmadabad. Today its our first meeting with didi for making presentation on global warming. as soon as we finished our eating my friend saw bunch of girls and boys with their mothers came in the SEVA CAFE. while  didi was paying bills my friend told me that here this boys and girls are sitting we should go and talk to them about GLOBAL WARMING.  Hearing this for a while i got shocked and then i said yes we should do it... lets tell didi about it.. We told this idea to didi... she said i am going out you two go and talk to them. We were very confused and little afraid after all this is gone a be our first time. so we discussed for a while with each other and then we went to the kids.. we introduced our selves to them.. Told them what we are doing and asked few questions to them like..

What do u know about GLOBAL WARMING?

What you can do to prevent it... we got good answers from them.. They said 

We should not cut the tree. We should grow more trees..

Walk if you can... don’t use vehicle for short distances..

don’t waste paper...

Stop using plastics...

Turn of the lights fan and AC...

Use cycles to reduce pollution. Etc...

Then we asked what sort of stuff you are doing at home or at school and collages TO SAVE EARTH.

At my school we had a tree planting campaign...(A1 school Ahmadabad)

When we asked to their Mothers what they do TO SAVE EARTH??

HER ANSWER WAS REALY GOOD SHE SAID WE ARE AWARE OF WHAT IS GLOBAL WARMING?? AND WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT BUT WE ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING...

I salute her for being truthful to us... 

so we took their phone number and email id given our own id and FB name and then we went back smiling to where didi was sitting... it was a great experience indeed...
